As for the monthly rental of serviced apartments in Orchard area, a 2-bedroom unit's rent starts from S$4,700, while 3 and 4-bedroom units' rent start from S$7,500 and S$12,000 respectively. Most of them have some facilities such as a swimming pool and a gym. It is suggested that reservations be made at least a few weeks in advance.
