In the private sector, we offer a wide range of valuation, investment advisory and property tax consultancy services to individuals and corporations.

Past and on-going assignments:-

1. Provided advisory services to a Management Corporation in regard to its proposed licensing of common areas to a Real Estate Investment Trust.
2. Appointed by a client to conduct feasibility study of a piece of development land with a view to acquire for investment purpose.
3. Provided valuation and investment advisory services to a client in regard to a hotel investment proposal, including sensitivity analysis.
4. Represented clients in compulsory acquisition valuations, and valuations for estate duty, stamp duty and immigration purposes.
5. Represented corporate clients in their objections to the Chief Assessor of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore regarding the Chief Assessor's re-assessment of clients' commercial properties as well as in their appeals to the Valuation Review Board.
